Q. Who are Cuisine Scene Hospitalty Solutions?
A. We are a hospitality based consultancy offering training & support to industry. We perform workplace traineeship assessment on behalf of Access Group Training, and deliver nationally recognised course content on behalf of Good Taste Company. We do this externally or we can also bring the training to your workplace.

Q. What is a 'Nationally Recognised Course'?
A. This is a course that is administered and certified by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). It is delivered by an access licenced and recognised trainer i.e.- Cuisine Scene.

Q. What is an RTO (Registered Training Organisation)?
A. An RTO is a private, government, or other organisation that have met stringent standards laid out under the Australian Quality Training Framework. Once they have met these standards they may provide training and Nationally Recognised Qualifications in any modules within their scope. They can also provide the framework for Recognised trainers to teach those same modules.

Q. What is a Hospitality trainee?
A. This a traineeship that an existing or new worker may take on in the workplace to gain nationally recognised qualifications in Hospitality Certificates 2, 3, or 4. The employer benefits through government subsidies per trainee and through their employees receiving structured and formal training in (and sometimes out of) the workplace. It also involves a 1-2 year agreement between both parties. Cuisine Scene and ‘Access Group Training’ have formed an alliance to provide you with the traineeship framework you need to get the most from your ‘empowerment training programmes’.

Q. What government subsidies are given to employers?
A. An employer may be eligible for government subsidies to cover the cost of workplace training and assessments for industry traineeships. More information about these subsidies can be arranged by contacting us at Cuisine Scene.

Q. What is ‘Industry Accredited Training’?
A. This means that your trainer has completed an extensive training course themselves to qualify them to train others,
this course is called ‘Certificate 4 in Workplace Training’. Then the trainer must complete a lengthy, detailed, and precise application to teach certain modules and competencies laid out under the National Training framework. The trainer must supply, to the Training Review Panel, proof of adequate experience and knowledge of each module. Cuisine Scene is currently capable of offering training in over 70 areas of hospitality.

Q. What is ‘Access Licenced Assessor’?
A. This means that your trainer has completed an extensive training course themselves to qualify them to train and assess others, this course is called ‘Certificate 4 in Workplace Training’. Then the trainer must complete a lengthy, detailed, and precise application to teach and assess certain modules and competencies laid out under the National Training framework. The trainer must supply, to the Training Review Panel, proof of adequate experience and knowledge of each module. Cuisine Scene is currently capable of offering training in over 70 modules of our industry or performing work place assessments on your trainees.
